2026 Robinson Registration Help

Below you will find helpful information about registering for the Robinson and creating or updating your TopDog account.

Please review the ROBINSON REGISTRATION & RULES GUIDE for complete details about registration, rules & division eligibility, scoring/tiebreak procedures, NTRP Ratings, and general schedule of play.

REGISTRATION:

June 8   Registration Opens $50
July 10-15   Registration Fee Increases to $60
July 15   Registration Closes at 11:59pm

 

DOUBLES & MIXED DOUBLES PARTNERS MUST ALSO REGISTER:

Each individual player must register and pay the entry fee. Your PARTNERS are also required to sign up/pay to play!

DIVISION ELIGIBILITY:

Players may enter up to 3 events (one Singles, one Doubles, and one Mixed Doubles). 

Junior Divisions – Players that are 12, 15, or 18 years old can play in their age divisions unless they will turn 13, 16, or 19, respectively, by July 28, 2026.

Adult Divisions – Players who will reach the age of 18, 40, and 55 by December 31, 2026 will be eligible to compete in their respective age division.

Open Divisions – Any player regardless of age or gender is eligible for the Open Divisions.

Women’s Open – Any female player regardless of age is eligible for the Women’s Open Divisions

YOUR FIRST TIME USING TOPDOG
ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Before you get started, here is some helpful information regarding multiple family members registering in TopDog:

  1. Each Family Member who enters the Robinson must register separately (have their own individual TopDog account).
  2. Family members may register using the same email address, but each must create their own unique password.
  3. Linked Accounts (share an email address) are conveniently listed together upon each family member’s Login.

How to create your TopDog account:

  1. Follow the 2026 Robinson at TopDog Sports. You will be directed to the Port Huron Tennis House/Robinson TopDog landing page.
  2. Click Create TopDog Account and complete the form.
    1. Account Information
    2. Address
    3. Phone – IMPORTANT, include your cell phone to receive text alerts regarding updates, inclement weather, etc.
    4. Miscellaneous
      1. Rating – choose your NTRP rating or “Not Sure” if you do not have a rating.
      2. Rating sport – tennis.
      3. Home Club – type in Port Huron Tennis House.
      4. League Name and USTA Number – leave blank.
      5. T-shirt size –IMPORTANT, select your t-shirt size. If left blank, you will not receive one.
    5. Security
      1. Create/Confirm your Password.
      2. “Allow” section – select Yes or No
      3. Receive Emails – IMPORTANT, select ALLOW.
      4. Click “Submit” to create your account.
    6. You will receive a Welcome confirmation.
    7. Click “Take me to my account.”
  3. Click on Signup for Port Huron Tennis House events.
  4. Select the 2026 Robinson and sign up for the division(s) you’d like to play.
    IMPORTANT – Your partner MUST create their own TopDog account, pay their entry fee, and sign up for the same divisions/choose you as their partner.
  5. Pay your entry fee online with a credit card.
  6. Please read the notes at the bottom of the landing page.

YOU ALREADY HAVE A TOPDOG ACCOUNT
ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Follow the 2026 Robinson at TopDog Sports to login and sign up.
  2. Use the “Forgot or Change Password” if you do not have your login credentials. 
  3. Login to your account and update your profile information.
  4. Include your cell phone to receive text alerts regarding important updates such as inclement weather issues.
  5. Update your t-shirt size – you will receive the size that is on your TopDog profile. 
  6. Update your NTRP Rating, if you have one.
  7. Sign up for your events/divisions.
  8. If you are playing doubles and/or mixed doubles AND your partner has also registered with TopDog, you can select your partner by typing in their name.
  9. Please read the Robinson Registration & Rules Guide carefully for all details.

NEED A PARTNER?

  • If you would like to play Doubles or Mixed Doubles but do not have partner, register for your doubles divisions.
  • The system will list you as “WAITING FOR A PARTNER” so players also in search of a partner will find you!
  • After making every effort to find a partner on your own but still are not connected with another player, Tournament Director, Jason Go, will do his best to help you find a partner (robinsontournament@gmail.com or 312-622-3659).
