Karen, our Fitness Pro, is an NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor with over 15 years of experience. She is specialized in Corrective Exercise, Women’s Fitness, and Senior Fitness, as well as being a Registered Yoga Teacher. Karen is available for personal, small group, and circuit training classes.
